  Very shady company. I suggest you look them up on consumer affairs website and read the 35 one star reviews if you’re considering their services. They have kept the insurance money my son received for water damage. Insisted he endorse the check and pay to overnight it to them as they were on the check as the lien holder. He’s been fighting with them for almost 2 months to get the money so he can have the damages repaired. He’s been told lie after lie and still waiting. Meanwhile, the entire basement floor is destroyed and they seem to have pocketed the insurance money. These people need to be shut down, fined, and held accountable for all the financial and emotional turmoil they put people in.

  Citizen's One mortgage department is incompetent , borderline fraudulent. They have screwed up 2 refinances of mine and have repeatedly hung up on me and now placed o a multiple day call back waiting list for them to fix the mistake they made. I would reccomend you look elsewhere to find a company that actually cares about their customers once they have you they can give 2 you know what's about you. If I could give them negative stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous untrustworthy company.
