      I've been doing business with Bills Pawn Shop for close to 10 yrs. I've always had good experiences, I don't recall ever having a bad one. They've always tried help me get where I'm try to be money wise. They've always have good price and a selection of merchandise. So I'd like to thank him and his crew for it.

      I've had really mixed experiences with Bill and his staff. My first time in, they were happy to answer my questions and seemed like nice people. I made a purchase and was happy with it. The next time I went in he was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was no better than the dirt on his shoes. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming that maybe he was just having a bad day which is understandable because it happens to all of us. I went in two more times after that only to be talked down to by Bill and his staff. They were so rude. After talking to other past customers about their experiences I'm pretty sure I now know why, but I'm not going to speculate on a public forum. Instead, like many others, I now buy from EZ Pawn in Norman. They have a better selection, better prices, and great customer service. It's definitely worth the drive.
