  Bill and his team receive a 5 star review from my husband and I. From initial contact to closing day we felt confident that we were in great care with Fairway. They truly are superstars. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and honest - keeping us in the loop and prepared every step of the way, The loan processors and closers know what they are doing and are extremely organized and detail oriented, keeping the file on track without errors or delay. I will work with Bill and Fairway any chance I get and will happily refer all friends and family to Bill for home loan needs. Thanks again Bill and Fairway for an incredible experience!

  My husband and I found a house that was perfect for us, all we needed was a pre-approval letter to place our offer. Spoke to Bill Staiger for my husband to apply. He stated after running numbers my husband would not qualify due to unpaid medical on his credit along with his credit score being too low. The following day I spoke to Bill again to apply for myself. He stated without running the numbers, without asking for my income and without running my credit, he stated I would not qualify. He would not run any numbers and seemed very irritated on the phone. After we hung up, we called and spoke to Eric Bastian with Cardinal Financial and we were pre-approved within 30 minutes. He explained that my husbands credit score was high enough and that the medical expenses on his credit are not figured in when applying for a mortgage. Once we got the letter from Eric, we submitted our offer. Only to find out the seller had accepted an offer only 30 minutes prior to ours. So if we hadn't wasted our time speaking to Bill, being told lies and becoming frustrated in general, we would be owners to the home we fell in love with. We lost out on the perfect home due to his ignorance.
