Working with Billy was awesome. He made the financing process seemless for us as first time homebuyers. Our purchase was a non-arms length transaction between me/my wife and my grandmother. We opted not to use realtors and Billy went above and beyond to help us facilitate the sale of the house. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful at explaining the nuts and bolts of the mortgage lending process. He also masterfully predicted the effect current world events would have on the interest rate market which led to him locking us in at what seemed like an impossibly low interest rate.
