Great real estate office to deal with if you're looking to buy or rent at the Jersey Shore. I've been working with them for years and they are always responsive and professional in every aspect!

The folks at Birchler are nice enough and do what they can for vacation rental tenants. In the end, however, the rental brokers on the Jersey Shore are "pass through" entities. That is, if you've an issue, it's up to the owner they represent as to whether/how it's resolved. My unit at 11 Dune Terrace in Ortley was owned by one, Luis Hernandez [male], who represented in the contract functioning washer & dryer. The dryer was fine. The washer was not. On a beach rental, in-unit laundry is not trivial; beachwear, from swimsuits to towels are being washed/dried on a near-daily basis. If one must sacrifice parts of precious vacation days to drive to a commercial laundromat because this was misrepresented, it's significant. Luis agreed to a nominal restitution of $100 on this week-long rental, then later reneged, getting nasty (on the phone) in the process. Buyer beware.

Called to list my property for rent finally after two phone calls they made it sound like they were doing me a favor calling back. The realtor emailed me a rental agreement I sent it back within 20 min be response it’s now day four called and asked for the realtor again sent to his voice mail and receptionist said to call another realtor there to busy If there going to handle a client like that I can only see how they would handle a customer The worst customer service I have seen
