      Terrible. I didn't see the tax preparer, even though I had an appointment. Fine, I just dropped them off. I called back 3 days later, because no one had called, and they hadn't started them. They weren't done for a little over a week. My taxes are easy and they (Jerline) screwed them up. I ended up walking out. Waste of time. I could easily be one of their "Pros" as they need minimal proper certification (they are not CPAs etc) and apparently can't enter numbers correctly or know the tax rules, even though I provided them with all they needed and more.
