Great service and great folks! Had to make a late day wire transfer and the staff was very hospitable and welcoming despite the fact I arrived as they were closing. Really wish I had used them as a mortgage lender too because the customer service seems awesome!

Great job, Gerardo Gimenez! I slid some $cash$ into the ATM deposit mode function and I did it WRONG. Got flagged and produced a receipt so I ventured into Chevy Chase branch. Gerardo took care of the matter quickly and I recovered my $cash$. It posted and cleared an hour later.
