Blue is usually a good bank but after ruining the title for my brand new motorcycle I no longer support or recommend them. They messed up my paperwork 9 times after I paid off my loan for a motorcycle with 883 miles on it which was annoying and time consuming but whatever, people make mistakes. What upset me is they wrote the wrong mileage for the title! So I have a motorcycle that’s not even broken in and the title says 39000 miles! I’m upset because I had three buyers for the bike and now I have zero for a ridiculous paperwork error. Blue took zero responsibility and said good luck with that sorry. Did not help at all. Sarah Conover was very helpful and did all she could. When I got to whoever is above her they didn’t care and pushed me off. I don’t recommend.
