I just got an amazing rate on a new car loan, 5.2%! That's the lowest rate I've ever received in the last 5 years of buying fleet vehicles. I can wait for Monday to see if I can re-fi my others. I have a couple go-to bankers there that always answer the phone and I just wish they had a branch in GREELEY!!!

Last week I applied for a personal load, Brooke was the banker "helping" me well she wasn't very helpful, took 3-4 days to complete the process didn't explain to me all my options, doesn't return calls in a timely matter. It was very frustrating dealing with her She needs MORE training!!
