      I recieved solicitations with no return address. Solicitations are purposely packaged so that I would open them and be exposed to their advertisement. I get a lot of junk mail from them with misleading packaging designed to get me to open it. They have wasted my time and taken my contact info from the three credit agencies without my consent for advertising purposes. This method macks integrity which is a terrible first step to take with prospective clients!

      They lost the title to my car! I had to pay to get a duplicate! I provided the title of my vehicle as collateral for my son's personal loan. He paid off the personal loan 4 months later. I waited an additional 2 months to receive my title before I concluded it was lost even though the bank insisted it was returned by mail. I had to go to the county clerk and recorder to pay $8 for a duplicate title. That is where I found out One Main Financial changed the title address so it had my name followed by my son's incomplete apartment address (missing the apartment number)! I have never lived at that address so the name and address are a mismatch. The clerk and recorder said the title was mailed to that address, returned undeliverable, and then shredded. After I paid the fee, they printed the duplicate title, still showing the wrong address. That whole process was so frustrating, and it doesn't make any sense to have someone else's address on my title! That's why I won't do business with One Main Financial again.
