  My husband and I started the search for our first home at the beginning of the year and got a recommendation from our realtor to get a quote from Joshua. We shopped around with some other groups as well but no one was able to get us a rate as good as Joshua. He was very patient and thorough when explaining the process and all of our options to us, and when we were able to get an accepted offer he helped us close smoothly in 21 days! Throughout the process Joshua and his assistant Britani constantly checked in to give us updates and ask if we had any questions and concerns. We felt very taken care of and are looking forward to working with them again!

  Joshua was among several mortgage brokers we were referred to as we set out to purchase our first home, and came with an extra nod of approval from our agent. After my initial consult with Joshua, I stopped the search short and brought him on board right away. Beyond being professional, kind, patient and responsive, it was evident that he was legitimately knowledgable about not only the mortgage industry in a vacuum, but how the macroeconomic landscape might impact us in the long run. He took the time to break down numerous scenarios to help us understand what our estimated payments would look like in each, and provided guidance that I knew to be in our best interest. Fast forward to each time we put in an offer, BFG’s process of reaching out directly to the selling agent with calls, texts, and a personalized testimonial on our behalf really demonstrated that they were a cut above the rest — this proved critical in a highly competitive market and no doubt helped us finally land our deal. From pre-approval to closing, Joshua and his team at BFG seamlessly integrated themselves into the process and were a pleasure to work with.   My husband and I worked with Joshua and Alana through Blue Financial Group to buy our first home and I could not recommend them enough! Their entire team was so supportive throughout the home buying process and were always just an email or text message away if we needed anything urgently or had any questions. During the escrow process, we received two updates a week on topics such as the escrow process, tasks to complete, and expectations to keep us on top of all the deadlines to receive our loan! Closing escrow and going through the loan process without their level of attentiveness and organization would’ve been such a stressful process. Joshua and his team are such an incredible asset and we couldn’t have bought our first home without them!
