We recently purchased a home in Franklin and Blue Ribbon Title And Escrow was the company the seller had chosen for the closing. This was my first time dealing with them, and from my initial contact to closing day I could not have been any more impressed with this company. The people I worked most closely with were Sheri and Amy, and both were very quick and responsive to everything that came up along the way. They had everything well prepared ahead of time and on closing day things went smoothly, and the closing attorney was there and ready to take care of business when my wife and I arrived. Blue Ribbon Title had our copies of the closing documents ready to take with us that day, and followed up as they said they would with the additional documents generated after closing in the mail when they were ready. I would definitely suggest Blue Ribbon Title if you are looking to sell your home, highly recommended.
