  I have had the absolute privelage of having Blue Water Home Loans handle my third home purchase. His entire staff is completely immersed in making sure things go as smoothly as possible. Over the years we have all become great friends. By far the best Mortgage Company I have ever come across. Thank you BWHL for making me feel most welcomed and cared for.   Whole process started out fine, we were all set up for a VA loan through the company, and then a financial issue arose. We tried getting a straight answer out of Lester, but he was very unprofessional, and would only call my husband when something came up. (I never once spoke to Lester on the phone, only his assistant). The only helpful person to us was his assistant Angela. Come to find out later, that Lester was going behind our back and telling the agent of a previous house we had a pending offer on, details and statements that he should not have been, creating a difficult relationship between us and the seller and his agent. Will not be using this business ever again, and will not be recommending them to anyone. Very unprofessional.
