  You really can’t say enough good things about Matt and his team! I have known Matt personally for years, but removing myself from always knowing what a loyal and all around great guy he is...he has created a team approach where you can not doubt for one second the level of professionalism and competency of his team. He helped us buy and fund our loan for our first home a couple years ago and we just completed our second REFI recently with them. You would be unwise if you didn’t at least speak with this team if you are needing a competent, trustworthy real estate agent and/or loan officer. And I don’t think you can get that combination anywhere else in one place, let alone with one outstanding team!

  We were referred to Matt from a friend and had a great experience with him and his team. He was very good about explaining real estate jargon in simple terms and was very prompt with responses to communications. He was never pushy or trying to rush us like we've found some realtors to be. I work an unconventional work schedule, and he was very accommodating. When unavailable due to family commitments, his team were there to assist us and were every bit as reliable. We used them to find a lender as well and we got a loan that matched our needs. I had feared the house hunting process imagining it to be an arduous and stressful process, but Matt and his team made it a smooth and painless process. I highly recommend Matt and the Blue Waters group.

  Matt and his "crew" were referred to us by a friend. We were hesitant to dive into the purchase of home with past credit issues and employment changes. I called and spoke with Matt and he provided guidance, his knowledge of different options that we would be able to take advantage off and agreed with no hesitation to take on our "not so common" purchase. Matt and his staff were available to us 24/7, even taking calls and answering emails on weekends and while on vacation. Erin is the best! She was able to work with the lenders and guide us through the paperwork. Chris met us to sign, what an exciting day. I recommend the Blue Water Group. - Thanks Guys
