  Andrew was very patient , honest and thrust worthy !! He processed my loan in a timely manner . He,most of the time , accomdated me so we can connect after hours . I recommend him to busy working individuals like me . I don’t usually thrust someone I have not met in person but I got comfortable Dealing with him As he was highly recommended by other people And in return , I highly recommend him As well!

  Regardless what area you choose to live in within the Sacramento Valley, I must highly recommend that you take the time to get to know and work along side of Andrew Hannah. I just closed my first deal with Andrew as my client's MLO, and though it looked as if all should be a slam dunk for my client loan approval, she decided just a week prior to her close of escrow date to change horses in the middle of the stream. She needed and wanted to hange her down payment amount and the amount of cash she would be bringing to the closing. What a wrench she thrown at us both! Andrew was not only patient and kind with my client, but he was a tenacious fighter and advocate when it came to working out all of the final details between the listing agent, my clients financial planner, as well as the underwriters of the loan. Our deal turned into a challenge, but Andrew never lost hope that he could assist and allow it to work out fine. It did. We closed escrow this past Tuesday, after even a final snafu with the banks wire transfer. Through it all he was patient, kind, respectful, understanding, and a true advocate fighting for our client. Though it was a tough close, I would work with Andrew again in a heartbeat, because I know how well he treats and listens to his clients and his partnering agents; working on their behalf along with the powers that be within Vitek.
