      I would give them 6 stars if I could. I had an issue with one of the branches. They couldn’t explain to me what changed. I contacted the home office. They listened, checked the situation out, got back to me, and had the entire situation resolved to everyone’s satisfaction before the end of the day. That is excellent customer service! Once again, Thank you.

      Very good service once you get a person. All are polite, personable, knowledgeable, and check if they are not sure of answer. Also they understand the software. 3 stars because it is disingenuous that EVERY time I call they are experiencing longer than usual wait times. I DO appreciate that they call back and you don't have to listen to their ON HOLD talk.
