Account gets hacked monthly and thousands of dollars stolen on was stolen on a reoccurring basis. Lake Michigan credit Union's fraud department is terrible and does nothing to stop or save your money from being stolen...

After a bit of a harried day, we stopped into the credit union to do a quick transaction. The teller was super friendly and helpful showing genuine interest in our needs and asking pertinent questions. In making small talk, we conveyed we had just come from the hospital and were hoping that our relative would make a speedy recovery. She finished the transaction, then informed us that an additional 20 dollars had been placed in our account for "lunch on LMCU"! She wished us a great day, and it truly felt like an unexpected blessing. Two weeks later...we got a card that thanked us for our business, hoped we liked the lunch and sent wishes for the recovery of our loved one. Now THAT is taking care of your members.
