Kevin and Team made this painful process easy. He is very clear about what is needed, next steps, what is to be expected, possible outcomes, etc. He is a realist and is there to serve and doesn't fill your head with sales talk. Throughout the process he was very involved and had a vested interest in seeing us get a home. First class service from each staff member we dealt with as well.

This was definitely a 5 star rental refi transaction (and I don’t just give away stars)! As a homeowner for over 30 years this was by far the fastest and easiest refi I have ever experienced! The Blue Star Lending Team worked together efficiently to get me a very low rate, lower the length of the loan, and also get some cash out so I am now credit card debt free!
