I walked in with my daughter this morning to open her first checking account. We were greeted by the ladies behind the counter. Nancy the assistant branch manager walked us into her office and helped us through opening the account. The staff here is professional, friendly and pleasant. Nancy is just one of the best. Great community bank!

very difficult to get through.......long wait times......only banking done through drive through, no appointment visits. calls then go to voice mail after long waits.......terrible customer service. on the phone waiting for 20 minutes.....connected to bank ............ringing for another 5 minutes.....then to busy signal........shame on you. i will never do business with this bank again. i wish there was a zero review because that' what you deserve

Had a slightly disappointing experience at this bank. I entered and waited to be assisted at the counter. There were three associates behind the counter but not one of them acknowledged my presence. The room was empty except for myself and another couple being helped at the desk. As the couple left, I continued to wait for five minutes. There was no "hello sir'" or "wait one moment". There was no response at all. I made eye contact a number of times, but continued to be ignored. I'm admittedly no one special and don't expect special treatment, but this sort of customer service is no good.
