  Bluestone Bank and the previous Mansfield bank have always had great service. Recently, my accountant needed some last minute info and thru the help line I was able to have them send the info to the Mansfield bank where I picked it up with some other info later that day. Also, the password reset people are easy to deal with.

  I have had a real problem with Bluestonesince it merged with Mansfield back After the merger , customers were required to change the loss payee on their house insurance. If the customer didn’t comply the bank without checking their records before the merger charged the customer $500 per month for insurance they already had. And if that wasn’t bad enough they debited your tax escrow account. This practice Should be reviewed by government regulators if not correct Ed . I have filed a written complaint with the bank I will see what their response is . Stay Tuned

  Edited 4/13/21 I'm happy to say that I received a call from Mansfield Bank in response to my post and to a call that I made to them yesterday. They took the time to go through my issues and help to bring the problems to resolution. They were professional and understanding! 4/12/21 (deleted)
