      can't stand everytime I walk in they ask me to do a loan, I said no last week but they keep asking me like it'll change my mind, NO it'll make me ask another bank

      I usually have nothing but good things to say about this bank. Always pleasant and helpful. Today I was a little disappointed. My account was low in funds. I am an elderly women . I had an item go in and my funds were short $2.58 I was charged an OD fee and my transaction was returned. Now I also have a $25 fee from the gas company were I purchased gas. Very dissatisfied with the service I recieved from my phone call.
