  They lie to you abut there weekend hours on Saturdays. Don't be fooled. The drive-in closeso at 12pm not 1pm like the recording says when you call them.

  This is not my local branch but the branch I went to to close my accounts. I moved all of my assets across the street to Chase bank. I'm still working with their credit card division to close many pending problems where they owe me money and have not paid. At this particular branch they delayed closing my accounts for over an hour while they told me they wanted me to keep my money with them. I requested that they close and they said they would but it would take some time. The rep I spoke with was in the accounts division, she was very long winded. She then went over to the tellers and chatted and stood around wasting time. It was only me, my older mother, and 2 other customers. With 4 tellers it shouldn't take over an hour to close an account and make out a cashiers check. The only person at this branch that ever gave me good service was this guy that had long hair and looked like Jack Black. I don't know his name but he deserves a raise when BMO Harris completes the transition. I'm sure he would have helped but he was a teller and didn't have the authority to do anything more. This used to be a decent bank but that has changed.
