      Worst service and bank possible. Marcela was extremely rude and had an attitude. I was going to continue asking questions she cut me short and said “thank you, you can go now” what kind of service is that? BMO should check who they hire. They also continuously freeze my account and just say it’s under review every other month.

      I Came In Just For A Debit Card Replacement & I Waited 1 hour & 30 Minutes. The Staff didn’t care and showed no interest of the long wait & one of the bankers skipped me & let 2 people go in front of me. Not to mention they don’t speak or greet nun of the African American customers, they just literally stare at you and walk pass as if you you have not been sitting in the waiting area. Then what topped it off i over heard the manager say she has to go in the middle of the day while it was 6 people waiting. Like what kind of manager are you. It’s like she didn’t give a care in the world that my self and others had been waiting in the lobby all that time. & i went to the counter to ask one of the bankers is there a problem & why does it takes so long & the girl at the counter asked if i could go down the street on Stanly because their wait time is shorter
