  I've been banking at this location since I bought a house in the area. The offer a fee free checking account that I use along with savings and HSA. Though I just opened my HSA last year and got a notice this year they would be selling it off to another company which is kind of annoying but nothing serious. The staff there has always been friendly to me. Any issues I may have had were resolved promptly. Their phone app is fairly easy and intuitive to use. If I had to be critical at this point - I wish it was easier to get to on my bike. The location on shadeland is a bit nerve racking on two wheels. I hate driving my car there as it's just a few blocks away from my house and it's a water of gas but that's nit picking at this point. If my experiences with them change I will likely come back and edit this post but for the last 4 or 5 years they have been fine.

  I am very upset right now. I work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm so the only time I can speak to someone at the bank is on Saturdays. I call and ask for the manager Jennifer and she’s never there. I have tried to call on a couple days during the week because I got off work early and she had already left for the day. I am really trying to get in touch with her and it’s hard to catch her at work. I tried again today and she called off again. Can someone please email me back. I would appreciate it thank you.
