  Anyone who writes a review here, beware. I wrote a review, and received a response from the owner, that I should contact them via email, so I did, but no one replied. After contacting them again, they still did not reply. Why say you'll contact me back in front of everyone, when you don't plan to?

  It is like pulling teeth to get anyone to return my call. A banker left a message for Manager to call me, but I did not receive a call from him, then a banker from another branch emailed the Manager, so I thought, but still did not receive a call until I called again, left a message, and the Assistant Manager called. I asked for the Manager's contact info., called and left a voice mail, but am still waiting for a return call after a week. I want to close our accounts.
