  I am Very Dissatisfied with the lack of customer care from Catherine at the Twin Lakes, WI branch. No compassion or strive to be her best. Hopefully her defensive attitude won't inhibit the other staff from remaining positive. UPDATE: Catherine's "manager" called me one week later from his car so he was unable to answer specific questions about my account and I asked him to call me back while at a computer and he did not call me back or even return my call to him. Very poor customer service as well!
