  Poor customer service. For a retail business this bank is horrible! They limit the amount of change given each week. We never get enough change to operate. I never have issues getting change from other banks only BMO. They also do not take change that's not rolled. That absolutely does not make any sense you would think they would want to verify what's in the rolls... Nope. We get rolls with foreign currency and rolls are mixed. If you are a business I would consider going to other banks.

  I spent over 15 minutes on hold, just to get somebody who doesn't speak English trying to ask me security questions.Ultimately I didn't pass the security questions because you could not understand her. I just wasted 20 minutes of my life and got access and no information.
