      This Branch office would not deposit a check written by BMO - clearly written on the check by BMO deposit to xyz account mutual customer. They would not honor their own check, with clear instructions to deposit. Who wants to do business with a bank who will not allow you to access your own funds? This branch is not representative of BMO customer service found at other BMO locations.
