      The staff is friendly, however, Karen Sandy is inappropriate, unprofessional and unpleasant person. When she called and heard my toddler cry, she said “Looks like you need a babysitter”. Really? Is it really your business? I can see how you love kids. And I didn’t ask you to call me. And every time I had to deal with this employee, she was asking questions that are personal, really non of her business and rubs me the wrong way. Switching to a different BMO location because of this employee.

      They have the best customer service out of all bmo branches in the NWI , other then that male worker “JEFF” if you aren’t making over 100k forget about it . Guy is full of pride and apparently doesn’t like BMOs COVID help . Over $7 overdraft they didn’t process my Mortgage payment of $1,219 . Which I deposited $10 that same day. Soo ill be switching by direct deposit to a different bank who’s willing to appreciate my business .
