  This past week, I visited this location in search of a new bank, and while I didn’t have a plan going in; Tammy, the bank manager, made sure I walked out with a plan. I was in search of a reputable bank and didn’t have any intentions of conducting any banking business that particular day before hand; I just wanted to way my options. Tammy was so kind, knowledgeable, and answered every single question I had!!! Thank you Tammy!!! You are my forever financial hero!!

  Worst company in the world ever do business with. If you try to pay over your loan. It will not give you the ability to pay the next month you will have to talk to the operator and pay you can't just call in and do an automated payment. My average phone call to them is about 40 minutes doodle waiting. Cuz I hate this company so I'm trying to pay off my balance as quick as possible so I'm paying double so instead of taking that and paying it every month know they're trying to split it up and saying half of its one month and half of it's the next month. you have to sign a form and send it back in the mail to set up a direct deposit or direct pay most companies don't do that. Every bit of a scam to try to keep you pain more longer.

  I have been thinking about switching banks for quite sometime, and BMO Harris Bank definitely helped me with that decision. The customer service was outstanding, and I couldn’t ask for better hospitality. The new manger was very understanding and gave me great advice on how to improve my credit score and be better with handling my finances all around. I would definitely recommend BMO Harris to all of my family and friends.
