      Don't bank here. Customer service doesn't exist. I haven't been unable to cantact anyone at the bank since my debit card stopped working 24 hours ago and my money is in limbo. Good thing I have other accounts with real banks.

      Bad experience with the Branch Mgr when in with my son for help with his online banking gave us a hard time on verifying his identity,he presented his ID card,bank card and also gave ss number.She was rude unprofessional took our business to the branch on lake got the the help we needed.I don’t recommend orchards branch to no one.This so call Branch Mgr should get replace!!!!Cant post without a rating.Doesn’t deserve not one star👎
