  The local Abstract company has been attempting to get a satisfaction document for a business I selling. BMO Harris has been giving them the run around for weeks which has now jeopardized the closing to the degree we are now unable to close. The local branch has been less than helpful. When reaching a rep on the 800 number I have talked to three different people, all saying three different things but none of them providing the "satisfaction " that I need. They direct me to the local branch in which we are told that don't do that. A complete cluster F that has cost me a lot of money. I realize my small account does not register on their care list but I hope anyone that reads this will seriously consider and look into other options.
