      The tellers and management are horrible! I am super disappointed in the way they treat their customers. It was sad to see the way this bank runs and treats its customers- in this case my mother- who runs a business and has cash deposits on a busy schedule. I am going to company her and close her account. The way they treated her is unacceptable and higher management will be reached out to.

      Local branch has friendly staff. Online and mobile banking is broken and call center has never been able to properly resolve issues. Multiple technical issues. Withdrawing all of our funds with this bank tomorrow.
