      Horrible customer service. I have been on hold for 2hrs. Apparently, since I have completed my loan years ago, my online account no longer works. All I need is a copy of a record. Of course when I try to get through by selecting a different option, there are operators ready and waiting, but none who can help me. Not even an email address so I could just email a question instead of waiting hours on hold.
