      If I could I would give less than one star. I don't understand how it can be legal for a lending company to go through the whole loan process and the day before closing they come back and say that we are no longer approved. We lost our earnest money and this company and the loan officer we worked with could honestly care less. The whole loan process she told us we were fine and everything was good to go but come to find out 11 hours before we were supposed to close on our home that someone at this company messed up our loan and we lost our home. I have two kids and have no idea what to do now. I was told the person who messed up on our file was being fired but yet it is not their responsibility to help us get our earnest money back. I hope they realize what they just took from a small family. 10/10 would not recommend this company for anyone. Sad that they feel this is okay.

      Nice group of sales people here that will work well with you to the close of your home. Be warned! They have full rights to sell your mortgage to a 3rd rate financing company with a bad website for payments and account information and even worse customer service. For this I'll give 2 stars.
