  UPDATE...I have left 5 messages, mailed 3 letters, and sent 5 emails to BMW corporate regarding an explanation, and I have not received a response!!! Our BMW was totalled, insurance had given me a payout of 15% above MSRP to help me get a replacement car. Money was sent to BMW, and and BMW kept 100% saying that "it was a lease and we technically own the car". This company is a disgrace, and should be investigated for stealing people's money. IF YOU GET A BMW use another company to finance!!! STAY AWARE and lease through another institution!!!! Received a call from BMW Financial saying that they were gonna fix this and reimburse the excess funds...well that was over 2 months ago and haven't heard back. Bunch of Crooks!

  This is the worst company to lease a car from!!!! Most abusive, chaotic, disorganized company. My car was totaled in August 2021, my insurance overpaid as the cars were more expensive at the moment and BMW keep the all the money saying they own the car and is handle different as if i had paid off the car!!!! This is a total rip off !!!!!! It took them 6 months to close my account as they hire a third patty company Golfein to handle the total loses, neither BMW nor Golfein pick up the phone to give you any information about your account, in the meantime they keep charging you monthly payments for your lease!!!! And when they pick up the phone they treat you poorly!!!! They harass you via phone calls, emails and letters about late payments as I put a stop payment to my automatic bank payments. And last but not least the SOS system in the car does not work when you have a car crash, it is a lie, there is no road assistance as I was calling them and waiting for them for three hours at the car crash site and no one showed up!!!! This is a total fraud

  End of lease nightmare..bmw financial services did not refund my payment fully as promised! I think they use it like a hostage to get you lease again. Be careful!
