  Let me start off with saying please stay away if you want VA financing. And just to let you know right off the bat, there is no complaint process. This bank has all the right technology but incompetent people. While going through the home buying process everything was fine until after I signed a contract. After this, the experience went downhill. We were made to submit documents multiple times. In some cases, I submitted documents for the same purpose over 5 times. The underwriters go back and forth with what they “need”, and they make up reasons for why they “need” it. Most likely, it’s because people don’t know what the process is supposed to look like, and they just do whatever is asked. What people don’t realize is that some documents “needed” could be privacy/conflict issues with other company’s policies like employers. Fyi, I’m an Underwriter myself. This place was supposed to be one of the best VA lenders, but they basically treated me as if I was lying for everything, so it was borderline profiling. I felt like they did not believe I had the earnest money or as my bank statements were all fake… Once I complained, they stopped taking my phone calls and only communicated through email (because they must). Karen was the loan officer, Ashley was assistant. These people made up “policies”.
