      If you are looking to buy a home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bo Chalich. As a first time homebuyer with less than perfect financials, Bo made the entire process easy. Bo makes it black and white. When working with Bo you really feel that he is in your corner. I was actually working with a different loan officer before Bo, but after a few bad encounters that I and my realtor had with them, we made the switch to Bo. That decision was easily the best decision I made during the process (or even in general). Simply put, we got a home because of Bo. I cannot say enough good things about Bo Chalich, but I will list a few. He is: Responsive Knowledgeable Understanding Down to earth Friendly Courteous If I had to create a catch phrase for Bo it would be this: "Loan officer for the people"

      I moved from out of state and had a tight time window. Bo was able to get me started on the loan process and worked with me every step of the way to make sure all the right info was communicated and collected then got me approved faster than I could have hoped. Would very much recommend to anyone in the Spokane area who needs help with home loans.
