      Bob Richey is a consummate professional! I’ve used Bob’s services on a number of occasions over the years, I’d never use anyone else. A year ago, November 2020, I bought my dream home, Bob was my agent. Bob has the experience and resources to walk you through the process from the loan approval, escrow all the way to the move. At the time it was a sellers market, Bob is a good listener. He knew everything I wanted in my new home. We looked and made offers but competition was stiff. He found me my dream home which just hit the market at 5am, he sent me the previews, called and said “let’s go see it now” good thing we did. There was a waiting list and offers coming in. After seeing and falling in love we drove around the corner, made an offer, Bob even wrote a personal story about me and knew how to make our offer the most appealing. The seller looked no further, the house was mine before we left the parking lot. I’ve been living in my dream home a year now and I couldn’t be happier! I recommend Bob Richey with confidence to everyone, he really is the best!

      Bob is the best you will find at helping you to sell or buy a home. He came to our condo and helped stag for showing. He also suggested some people to come in and paint, clean and clean carpet. We had friends over and they said that our place looked like it came from a magazine. Because of his experience, he knew when certain documents need to be in or signed. This kept our time line for selling on schedule. He put it on the market at noon and by 5:00 PM someone called and wanted to see the condo. They came and wanted to buy. We signed papers the next day. It was quick and professional.
