      Couldn't answer my actual questions. Kept going back to explaining things I understood, but would circumvent the important questions. Didn't get done what I wanted to. Had to drive to a different key.

      Changing banks, specifically because of the branch. Different branches apparently have different rules. This branch is a joke, and no sense of customer service.
