Shawn, Chris, and the team at Bank of England Texas were absolutely the best!! They were able to make the process stress free and clear. I previously was with another lender and could not get them to call me back. Not only did Shawn and the team react right away, we closed the house in 15 days!! You guys have absolutely the worst radio ad running right now. I own a home. But every time your new add comes on I just think about all the people you're insulting. You should probably consider all the people that WANT to buy a home, but can't (or choose not to) because of the housing crisis/surge. Affordable housing is practically non-existent right now. Try "coaching" your listeners, instead of insulting them. It just makes me cringe every time I hear it...Doing this so you guys will see this and realize your ad may not be eliciting the reaction you want from some....
