  We went into this home buying process during COVID and as first time buyers, completely clueless about mostly everything that entails it. Our realtor, Nathaly Guzman, referred us to Mandy Gomez and BoE and wow! Mandy was a m a z i n g! She made sure to walk us through every step and gladly answered the hundreds of questions we had because we didn’t know anything, to ensure we understood. I really felt Mandy went above and beyond for us during this time. We were home buying through this pandemic and the house market was hot and competitive. Because of this, we did begin feeling discouraged after a few rejections. She stepped in and communicated with seller’s realtors to further make our offers more appealing and we are so grateful. We ended up getting an offer accepted on the perfect home that made it all worth it!! Truly couldn’t have done it without the help and guidance of Mandy. We recommend her x10000000!

  I would like to start off with how grateful we are that Mandy was referred to us. She made this home buying process pleasurable. Mandy is professional, personable, and gives off the sense that we are exclusive clients. We always felt as we were a priority. She was thorough, communicated with us well and left no stone unturned. Even when I felt unsure about anything, she would put our minds at ease. She has an amazing personality and genuinely cares about others.
