I had the pleasure of working with Bruce on two occasions. I bought a house in 2016 and then sold it in June of 2020. He was helpful in all aspects of the purchase of the home. I drew off of his experience when I put the initial bid in on the house. It was a HUD home and there were specific requirements of which I was unaware. It was a blind closed bid and his knowledge of the area and perspective bidders turned out to be invaluable. When it came time to sell the home he once again proved helpful. After giving me the lay of the land we proceeded to put it on the market. I made a reasonable profit and it was sold in a relatively short period of time. The actual sale went off without a hitch.
