It's easy to underestimate personal, caring service....until bad stuff happens. I was the recipient of an extremely well-done scam call. This location has always been helpful, but they were extremely supportive as I tried to sort fiction from reality. The representative just stayed with me in a very tense situation, and I will be forever grateful. I never seriously thought of switching to a bigger bank, and now it's never going to happen. On the business side of things, their business banking options are the best I've seen--no or minimal fees and perfect options for a small business.

I don't have to go in the branch a lot but it's truly a throwback to service of old, everyone smiling, greet you as you walk in door. Whether it be a simple transaction, discussing future plans for buying a house or the actual lending process...they take time to help, explain and hold your hand through the process if needed.
