  I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my financial information. From the moment I walked in, Mary's office and her staff were so inviting. I once had to take my 4-year-old son along, and they even had toys to keep him entertained! I felt like I could really trust Mary and her staff, and that's so important when it comes to the business we are reviewing. Mary really took the time upfront to learn about my finances, 401K, credit, my financial goals, and more. She took the time to assess how much of a risk I truly was comfortable with before investing, and was very thorough in explaining the process to us. We also file our taxes with her office. She is super quick in filing taxes, and had some great tips for my husband who recently started a business. We will be looking to transfer his business taxes to her office this year, along with possibly using her invoice system. She is also very prompt! At the start of this year, we already had a folder to keep our 2021 taxes in, and she touches base and schedules to meet with us yearly to see if anything has changed with our financial needs. I plan on keeping my business with Bolt Tax and Financial for as long as possible, and am so appreciative of Mary's attentive service and advice! I would highly recommend her office to anyone!

  this company is a total scam. they tried to get me to pay fees up front for a loan. I reported them to the FBI and they said this company is trying to scam people and take advantage of my situation due to the flooding here in Houston. BEWARE!

  Bolt Tax & Financial llc is NOT the company that was trying to scam people with loans. I received several calls which I reported to the State Police on their behalf and encouraged them to do the same. This is very frustrating as I am a legitimate business since 1991 that takes my clients financial concerns seriously and strive to always do the best for them. I ask that you please remove this post which was done in error.
