  Started out the beginning of May with a refinance with this bank. This bank and its staff had terrible customer service as they did not communicate changes they made to the terms throughout this process. It was two months later they called for me to sign closing disclosures prior to signing on the closing of the loan. This was after speaking with the Branch Manager and the Financial Area Manager to get those handling the loan to communicate. The paperwork that was provided to me was a conventional 15 year fixed rate loan. When we arrived at the signing we were not told we could not escrow our homeowners and taxes. We weren’t told we couldn’t have bi-weekly payments. We weren’t told this was going to be a home equity loan and not a traditional mortgage. We will be pulling all of our accounts from this bank.
