      The worst customer service is at this location I'm out of town customer and I received two overdraft fees for 2.99 purchase and 7.99 purchase wouldn't even give a courtesy removal of over draft charges because I've been a member over 10 years and I know they will so I asked to speak to branch manager spoke on the phone with her for 5 seconds by her tone I knew this was the location by the auto mall this manger is rude nothing like main branch!!!

      The most professional organization I've ever dealt with concerning finances. I was able to refinance my car for much lower than what I was paying before, came up with a plan to pay all of my other debts, and just felt at ease with the entire process. I have always had a certain animosity and uncertainty towards big banks, and now I'm completely sold on credit unions after dealing with Bossier FCU. These people are amazing.
