  I chose to work with Samuel Melkonian on my REFI (a complicated family case) and I am glad I did. Sam went above and beyond for us, that is for sure. He used every knowledge to make the process easier for us, he was on top of things, and very responsive. I highly recommend Samuel Melkonian for your mortgage needs.

  If you have ever seen my review history, you’ll see that I’m absolutely honest and I won’t hold back. In fact, I’ll only write a review if I’m either really impressed or utterly disappointed - I’m one of those guys! In the case of Sam at Boston Mortgage Solutions, the one word that comes to my mind is simply - WOW. The guy works incredibly well, his pace, his thinking, responsiveness and an amazing team of contacts around him - he clearly works with the best and most like minded folks. We went in for a refi at the peak before this pandemic and Sam found us a rate, that to this day, is better than any of the rates being offered - in this crazy economy! It took me a few months to write this, but I’m glad I waited because I can truly see the value of the rate I got. The process was smooth, especially if you are organized. If you’re asking for the impossible, Sam will be brutally honest and set the right expectations from the first conversation. In life, as you get older you’ll find that there are a few folks that are in your team for the foreseeable future. I can honestly say that Sam has the best and most comfortable chair around my team table. Again, great professional and saving me a quite a lot of $$$$.
