  I would rate this branch 5 stars, but unfortunately, I cannot, because of an incident this morning. I met with an extremely disrespectful, rude, and condescending employee with main character syndrome who not only refused to do her job, but spoke ill of me behind my back loudly for others to hear when I did nothing but treat her with kindness and respect during the entire appointment. I will not be returning to this branch in the future.

  The tellers are great, i think they work very hard, since they are short staffed. There is always a line. I was waiting for help from a customer service person and it seemed she was too busy with an associate. I have a lot of patience, but must draw the line when 10-15 minutes go by with not even a nod. Sorry BOA. This is why I go to Needham Bank.
