      The absolute worst experience with tax professionals I have seen. A recent email correspondence with a shareholder had my jaw dropped today with her childish, unprofessional and completely disrespectful demeaner came to play, IN WRITING. I expect much more class from the professionals whom I pay to complete my taxes on my behalf! It's disgusting! Vonda Modlin not only treated a client like a child, but she single handedly lost a long time client of this firm. Vonda will continue to lose clients for this firm repeatedly with her poor and distasteful behavior. This firm is NOT your advocate.

      I have never worked with a worse company - specifically at the company, Vonda Modlin. If she is doing your taxes - RUN. They will file them incorrectly, ask you for the same documents 100 times over and then act as if it's your fault that they messed everything up. You will have to dig up your past emails to prove that you provided everything correctly. I truly hope this company fires Vonda Modlin. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life for someone who is being paid a premium. We will 100% never be using Boulder CPA again.
